Any claim for shortage or erroneous delivery must be made in writing within five (5) days of delivery, failing which such claims will be deemed waived by the Customer.

8. WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CONDITIONS.

13. RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the item less shipping costs

Any product damaged or not received in its original packaging will not be refunded.
