RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Stimulating conditioner. It is the foundation of Rene Fuerterer's treatment, based on the assumption that the health of the hair begins at the root. This product is part of every care program and is recommended for all types of scalp and hair. It is the first stage of individual care. Complexe 5 is concentrated orange, lavender and verbena essential oils with cell-expansion stimulating properties. Works as a real "regenerator" of the scalp:
antiseptic and bactericidal, heals the scalp
dilates the pores of the skin, stimulates blood circulation and supplies the scalp with oxygen
regenerates the hair bulb
prepares it for reception and enhances the effect of subsequent care products.
Complexe 5 works immediately after its application, warming the scalp. After 10 minutes of application, Complexe 5 increases the penetration of other care products into the scalp tenfold. Additionally, this conditioner cleanses and stimulates the scalp and nourishes the hair bulb. The skin remains energized, relaxed and soft. In the case of sensitive scalp, Complexe Astera should be used. This preparation, developed on the basis of cold essential oils, has a soothing effect on sensitive and irritated skin.
The conditioner is recommended for all skin and hair types. Its composition (including essential oils) and the massage accompanying the application stimulate the scalp, preparing it to accept the next preparations of the Rene Furterer care program.
How to use: Without wetting your hair, apply Complexe 5 on the scalp, separating hair in batches. Gently massage into the skin and leave for 10 minutes. Use once a week. Note: Complexe 5 has a warming effect which may give you a tickling sensation. This is a normal reaction and goes away quickly. However, it should not be used on irritated skin.
