RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The glove is made of 100% natural plant-based materials, so it will be eagerly used in many vegan bathrooms. On one side, it is covered with soft cotton for washing the body. On the other hand, the back of the glove has a contrasting, rougher part with sisal. It is a plant fiber made from sisal agave leaves. The page with this element is dedicated to peeling.
This universal accessory will be perfect in combination with Shy Deer products, e.g. with body wash , further enhancing its cleansing properties.
Usage:
The glove is used very easily, thanks to the fact that the glove has the shape of a hand. It is enough to put it on the hand that we will use for washing the body. Then we soak the glove, apply the washing product to it and start the skin cleansing process with circular movements, carefully so that the glove serves us as long as possible. We choose the side of the glove for the activities we want to perform. After washing or peeling is finished, wash the skin with water and take off the glove. After the treatment, rinse the glove thoroughly in water, then wash it in a mild washing product, rinse thoroughly and leave it to dry. We recommend replacing the glove every 1-2 months or sooner if it becomes worn out.
CAUTION! The glove is made of an organic material, so pay special attention to the hygiene of this material and often enough replace the glove with a new one. Do not leave the glove continuously wet. The sisal, rougher part of the glove is made of natural plant material. This part may shrink after the first use. The sisal "works" during use, which may cause some of the fibers to separate from the cotton side. It is a natural symptom resulting from the use of the glove.
