RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
Using a spatula, spread the preparation in an even layer on those parts of the body from which you want to remove hair. Don't rub. Leave on the skin for 5 minutes, then use the spatula to gently remove the cream from a small part of the skin. If the hair comes off the skin easily, remove the rest of the cream with a spatula, in the direction "against the grain". If the hair does not come off easily, leave the cream on the skin, but no longer than 10 minutes from the beginning of application. The duration of the cream's action depends on the thickness of the hair. Epilator remnants can be removed with a damp sponge, then the skin should be washed with warm water (without soap) and dried. The preparation should not be used for facial hair removal. Before using the preparation for the first time, perform an allergy test: apply the cream to a small area of the skin, and wash it off after a few minutes. If an allergic reaction does not appear at the application site within 24 hours, you can perform depilation. If a burning sensation appears, immediately remove the cream and wash the skin with warm water. If the burning sensation continues, consult your doctor. Use according to the method of use.
