RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

How to use?
When opening the cap for the first time, gently twist the cap to remove the security seal. The product is ejected from the tube by gently pushing the bottom lid of the package with a finger.
