RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 1. Balbinek balm:
Treasure of the Mother has prepared a specialist lotion-emollient Balbinek for the care of dry and atopic skin in children.
Balbinek not only intensively moisturizes and nourishes the skin, but also supports the maintenance of moisture in it. It creates a protective film that inhibits water loss, makes the skin elastic and makes it soft and velvety to the touch.
Balbinek is very well absorbed, and the delicate fragrance does not contain allergens. The product also does not contain dyes and parabens, but only: liquid paraffin, caprylic and capric triglycerides, allantoin, aloe extract, panthenol and glycerin. Importantly, the dermatological tests of the product confirm its very good skin tolerance.
The preparation meets the requirements of the test of compatibility with atopic and particularly sensitive, easily irritated skin and meets the requirements for cosmetic products with the declared hypoallergenic properties.
The only contraindication to the use of Balbinka is acute skin inflammations requiring pharmacological treatment and known allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients.
The product has been dermatologically tested. It is recommended for use from the first days of life.
2. Bath lotion "Emulinka:
Indications: bath for newborns, infants and & nbsp; kids.
Action: gently cleanses, effectively moisturizes, lubricates and soothes irritations. Supports the treatment of skin problems related to her & nbsp; dryness and itching, e.g. atopic dermatitis (AD), skin eczema or psoriasis. It does not contain preservatives.
Application: pour approx. 5-10 ml into a tub filled with water (a convenient measuring cup is included in the package) and spread evenly. The bath should last no longer than 10 minutes and the water temperature should not exceed 36 degrees, because the lubricating properties of the preparation weaken at higher temperatures. If it is not possible to prepare a bath, the Emulina can be applied directly to moistened skin. Then the preparation does not require rinsing with water.
