Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Nattokinase 2000 is an advanced formula developed by Doctor Life to support the cardiovascular system. This unique enzyme, which is Nattokinase, is naturally found in a traditional Japanese dish - natto. Nattokinase is obtained in a patented fermentation process using Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. Nattokinase exhibits fibrinolytic activity (the process of breaking down a blood clot), supporting proper blood circulation. The fibrinolytic activity of nattokinase is based on the ability to break down blood clots, therefore nattokinase is often used to regulate and stabilize the cardiovascular system.
