RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Body lotion with extracts of white birch and yarrow intended for daily care of irritated skin, requiring regeneration and relief. A specially designed composition of ingredients allows you to nourish the skin and restore its softness and elasticity. Thanks to the light, cooling formula, the balm spreads and absorbs perfectly, leaving the skin smooth, moisturized and relaxed.

Active ingredients:
Yarrow extract - contains azulenes which accelerate skin renewal and have a soothing effect. The extract soothes itching and protects against the harmful effects of external factors. Exhibits protective, astringent and regenerating properties.
Birch bark extract (betulin) - accelerates regeneration processes, reduces itching symptoms, soothes irritation and redness, stimulates skin cells to synthesize collagen and elastin.
Aloe extract - stimulates cells for faster regeneration, soothes redness and irritation, has a strong moisturizing effect.
Peppermint oil - has anti-itching and soothing properties. It soothes irritations and redness of the skin by evoking a slight feeling of coolness.
Grape seed oil - is a rich source of vitamin E which is an antioxidant, thanks to the high content of unsaturated fatty acids it prevents excessive water loss.

How to use: Apply the balm on dry and cleansed skin, massage it in gently. It is best to use the lotion after bathing, when the skin is most susceptible to the absorption of the cosmetic.
